ColdQuanta intends to develop partnerships with academia, government and industry in order to fully maximize opportunities within the fledgling Bose-Einstein industry. Collaborations enable us to secure access to additional technologies that may further develop product lines. Such partnerships may also allow the company to pursue research and development deemed unfeasible to pursue independently.

ColdQuanta executed an exclusive option agreement in 2007 with The Technology Transfer Office (TTO) of the University of Colorado. for technology related to ultracold devices, instruments and systems. The company in addition received a $100,000 Proof of Concept investment from the TTO.

ColdQuanta signed two Small Business Technology Transfer Research (STTR) contracts with the U.S. Air Force in 2007.
